What now?

This was the question my membership team asked ourselves when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and it had to be answered. Dues revenue is the lifeblood of most associations including ours and in a blink-of-an-eye the other major revenue centers (like meetings and events) vanished into thin air. Something had to be done. This Mini-Meminar™ provides an overview of how we communicated with members at the height of the 2020 pandemic to continue bringing in renewals and exceed our goals despite the circumstances.
